You've got your standard set of play, pause, skip, and mute keys right above the number pad, and they feel pretty good. I'm a big fan of dedicated media keys on keyboards, and, thankfully, they're present here. The Logitech G915 Lightspeed is, hands down, my favorite keyboard right now.

You can then toggle between PCs with dedicated Lightspeed and Bluetooth buttons at the top of the keyboard. This also opens up the opportunity to connect the keyboard to two PCs at once. The keyboard also sports Bluetooth connectivity as an alternative, in case you don't want to use Logitech's included dongle. It still feels like you're typing on a wired keyboard without the added bulk of an actual wire running to your PC. The keyboard uses the same Lightspeed tech that Logitech uses in its wireless mice, and there's no discernible lag at all. Additionally, the weight can be annoying, if you want to put the keyboard on your lap.The wireless connectivity on the keyboard is also fantastic. More weight benefits the stability, but it also makes transporting the keyboard a bit less comfortable. Of course, it won't be as good as a name brand, but it is still better than a membrane keyboard with the same price. And another good news is that with more producers, the mechanical keyboard becomes much cheaper than before. But you should consider it as an investment – if you treat your keyboard well, you won’t need a new one for quite some time. Mechanical keyboards are more expensive than most membrane keyboards. If that’s a problem for you, you can either choose one of the silent mechanical keyboard models or use O-Rings to decrease the sound level of your keyboard. Mechanical keyboards are usually a bit louder than other keyboards, especially the mechanical keyboard with BLUE switches. Therefore, they also have more stability and won’t shift so easy.Ĭompared to the membrane keyboard, the mechanical keyboard has more anti-ghosting keys up to 104-key anti-ghosting.
